Xenia Hotels & Resorts Increases Quarterly Dividend 20%
March 17, 2016 7:38 PM EDTORLANDO, Fla., March 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Xenia Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: XHR) ("Xenia" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has increased the Company's cash dividend to $0.275 per share of Xenia's common stock for the first quarter of 2016. The dividend will be paid on April 15, 2016 to all holders of record of the Company's common stock as of the close of business on March 31, 2016.
