U.S. Bancorp Announces Quarterly Dividends
March 15, 2016 1:00 PM EDTMINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of U.S. Bancorp (NYSE: USB) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.255 per common share payable April 15, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2016. At this quarterly dividend rate, the annual dividend is equivalent to $1.02 per common share.
The Board of Directors also declared the following:
A regular quarterly dividend of $884.772 per share (equivalent to $8.84772 per depositary share) on U.S. Bancorps Series A Non-Cumulative... More
