Ashford Prime Declares Dividends For First Quarter Of 2016
March 14, 2016 4:15 PM EDTDALLAS, March 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Ashford Hospitality Prime, Inc. (NYSE: AHP) ("Ashford Prime" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per diluted share for the Company's common stock for the first quarter ending March 31, 2016. The dividend, which equates to an annual rate of $0.40 per share, is payable on April 15, 2016, to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2016.
