(Nasdaq: AGNC) ("AGNC" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock for March 2016. The dividend is payable on April 8, 2016 to common stockholders of record as of March 31, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 29, 2016.
