Energy Fuels (UUUU) Enters 4.38M Units Underwriting Agreement at $2.40/Unit

Energy Fuels Inc. (NYSE: UUUU) announced that it has entered into an Underwriting Agreement (the "Underwriting Agreement") with a syndicate of underwriters led by Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation ("Cantor" as sole bookrunner), Haywood Securities Inc. and Roth Capital Partners, LLC, under which the underwriters have agreed to buy on an underwritten basis 4,375,000 units (the "Units"), each Unit consisting of one common share (each a "Share") and one half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant a "Warrant"), at a price of US$2.40 per Unit for gross proceeds of US$10.5 million (the...
