P&F Industries Declares Both a One-Time Special Dividend and the Initiation of a Quarterly Dividend Plan
March 8, 2016 3:15 PM ESTMELVILLE, N.Y., March 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- P&F Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: PFIN)Â today announced that its Board of Directors declared a special, one-time cash dividend of $0.50 per share payable on April 4, 2016, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 21, 2016.
