Williams Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
March 3, 2016 6:27 PM ESTTULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Williams (NYSE: WMB) board of directors has approved a regular dividend of $0.64, or $2.56 annualized, on the companys common stock, payable March 28, 2016 to holders of record at the close of business March 14, 2016.
The new amount is an increase of $0.06, or 10 percent, from the first-quarter 2015 dividend.
Williams has paid a common stock dividend every quarter since 1974.
