Dean Foods Declares Increased Quarterly Dividend of $0.09 Per Share
March 3, 2016 4:15 PM ESTDALLAS, March 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Dean Foods Company ("Dean Foods") (NYSE: DF) announced today that its Board of Directors declared an increased quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share of common stock, up 29 percent from the $0.07 per share quarterly dividend paid each quarter in 2014 and 2015. The dividend is payable on March 23, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 14, 2016. Dean Foods currently expects that the aggregate annual cash dividend for 2016 will be $0.36 per share of common stock, up $0.08 per share from $0.28 per share during 2015.
