Points Intl (PCOM) Receives TSX Approval for 5% Stock Buyback
March 2, 2016 4:12 PM ESTPoints Intl (NASDAQ: PCOM) announced today that the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") has accepted its notice of intention to make a normal course issuer bid to repurchase up to 764,930 of its common shares (the "Repurchase"), representing approximately 5% of its 15,298,602 common shares issued and outstanding as of February 23, 2016.
