Ladder Capital Corp Announces First Quarter 2016 Dividend to Holders of Class A Common Stock
March 1, 2016 4:15 PM ESTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ladder Capital Corp (Ladder or the Company) (NYSE: LADR) today announced the declaration by its Board of Directors of a first quarter 2016 dividend of $0.275 per share of Class A common stock. The cash dividend is payable on April 1, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 10, 2016.
