Bancorp of New Jersey, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend
March 1, 2016 4:27 PM ESTFORT LEE, N.J. , March 01, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bancorp of New Jersey, Inc. (NYSE: BKJ), the holding company of Bank of New Jersey, announced that its board of directors, on March 1, 2016, declared a first quarter cash dividend of $0.06 per share of its common stock. The dividend will be paid on March 31, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 11, 2016.
