Cypress Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

SAN JOSE, Calif., Feb. 24, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Cypress Semiconductor Corp. (NASDAQ: CY) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash distribution of $0.11 per share payable to holders of record of the Company's common stock at the close of business on March 31, 2016. This dividend will be paid on April 21, 2016.
