Flushing Financial Corporation Increases Its Quarterly Dividend 6% to $0.17 Per Share
February 23, 2016 5:30 PM ESTUNIONDALE, N.Y., Feb. 23, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Flushing Financial Corporation (the Company) (Nasdaq: FFIC), the parent holding company for Flushing Bank (the Bank), today announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.17 per common share, payable on March 30, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 9, 2016.
