B&G Foods Increases Quarterly Dividend by 20 Percent
February 22, 2016 8:32 PM ESTPARSIPPANY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- B&G Foods, Inc. (NYSE: BGS) announced today that its Board of Directors has increased the Companys quarterly cash dividend rate by 20% from $0.35 per share of common stock to $0.42 per share of common stock. On an annualized basis, the dividend increases from $1.40 per share to $1.68 per share. The quarterly dividend declared today is payable on May 2, 2016, to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2016.
