AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Campus Communities, Inc. (NYSE: ACC) today announced the following financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2015.

Reported quarterly FFOM of $79.1 million or $0.69 per fully diluted share versus $75.8 million or $0.71 per fully diluted share in the fourth quarter prior year. Increased same store wholly-owned Net Operating Income (NOI) by 3.7 percent over the fourth quarter 2014.... More
