Sempra Energy Raises Annualized Dividend By 8 Percent
February 19, 2016 2:28 PM ESTSAN DIEGO, Feb. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â Sempra Energy (NYSE: SRE) today announced that its board of directors has approved an 8-percent increase in the dividend on shares of the company's common stock to $3.02 per share, on an annualized basis, from $2.80 per share.Â
The first quarterly installment of the new dividend, $0.755 per share, is payable April 15, 2016, to shareholders of record on March 25, 2016.
