St. Jude Medical Announces Increase in Quarterly Dividend

ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- St. Jude Medical, Inc. (NYSE: STJ), a global medical device company, today announced that its board of directors declared a 7 percent increase in the companys quarterly dividend to $0.31 per common share. The dividend is payable April 29, 2016, to shareholders of record on March 31, 2016. At the new rate, the annual dividend would be $1.24 per share, compared to the previous annual dividend of $1.16 per share.
