Ingram Micro Enters Into Agreement To Be Acquired By Tianjin Tianhai To Become A Part Of HNA Group
February 17, 2016 4:23 PM ESTIRVINE, Calif., Feb. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM) and Tianjin Tianhai Investment Company, Ltd. (Tianjin Tianhai) (SSE A Share: 600751 and SSE B Share: 900938) today announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement under which Tianjin Tianhai will acquire Ingram Micro for $38.90 per share in an all-cash transaction with an equity value of approximately $6.0 billion.
