Cott Reports Fourth Quarter and Fiscal 2015 Results and Declares Dividend

Adjusted free cash flow grew 25% to $134 million in fiscal 2015, and operating cash flow increased to $255 million, due to increased earnings, lower than expected capital expenditures (of approximately $15 million) and stringent working capital management. Gross profit grew to $896 million in fiscal 2015, with gross margin increasing from 13.1% in fiscal 2014 to 30.4% in fiscal 2015.
