Operating and Financial Highlights
Recurring Funds from Operations (FFO) increased 9.8% for the fourth quarter and 6.3% for the full year 2015 compared to comparable 2014 periods; Same Property Net Operating Income (SPNOI) increased by 3.3% over the full year 2014; Rental rates on new leases and renewals completed during the quarter were up 37% and 11%, respectively; Acquisitions totaled $268 million for the year;...
