TrustCo Declares Cash Dividend
February 16, 2016 4:27 PM ESTGLENVILLE, N.Y., Feb. 16, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of TrustCo Bank Corp NY (TrustCo), (Nasdaq: TRST) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.065625 per share, or $0.2625 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be payable April 1, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 4, 2016. TrustCo has paid a cash dividend every year since 1904.
