BMO Capital Updates Model for Casey's General Stores (CASY) - Reiterates Market Perform
February 17, 2016 3:45 PM ESTBMO Capital maintained a Market Perform rating on Casey's General Stores (NASDAQ: CASY), and cut the price target to $122.00 (from $130.00), following the company's Nov-Jan same-store sales results.
Analyst Kelly Bania commented, "Blended in-store merchandise comps were in-line with our model at ~7% basedon the average of the three months of F3Q16, though with slightly weaker-than-forecast prepared food & fountain comps (6% vs our prior forecast for 10%) andslightly stronger grocery comps (7% vs our prior forecast for 6%).
