Reis, Inc. Increases Its Quarterly Cash Dividend by 21.4% to $0.17 Per Share
February 16, 2016 9:00 AM ESTNEW YORK, Feb. 16, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Reis, Inc. (NASDAQ: REIS) (Reis or the Company), a leading provider of commercial real estate market information and analytical tools, announced today that on February 12, 2016, its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per common share, to be paid on March 16, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 9, 2016. This dividend represents a three cent, or 21.4% increase over the prior quarterly dividend.
