Columbia Property Trust Declares First Quarter 2016 Dividend
February 11, 2016 4:21 PM ESTATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Columbia Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CXP) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.20 per share on an annualized basis, for the first quarter of 2016. The dividend will be paid on March 15, 2016, to shareholders of record as of March 1, 2016.

February 11, 2016 4:20 PM ESTATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Columbia Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CXP) reported financial results today for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2015.
Highlights:
For the fourth quarter of 2015, Normalized Funds from Operations (NFFO) per diluted share was $0.48, Adjusted Funds from Operations (AFFO) per diluted share was $0.27, and Net Income Attributable to Common Stockholders per diluted share was $0.08.
