February 11, 2016 4:03 PM ESTDENVER, Feb. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. (NYSE: DVA) today announced results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2015. Adjusted net income attributable to DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 was $214 million, or $1.01 per share, excluding estimated non-cash goodwill and other intangible asset impairment charges, as discussed below, and an estimated accrual for damages and liabilities associated with our pharmacy business, all after-tax. Net loss attributable to DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 including these items was $(6) million, or $(0.03) per share.
