MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- World Fuel Services Corporation (NYSE: INT) today reported full year net income of $186.9 million or $2.64 diluted earnings per share. Excluding the impact of certain one-time items, adjusted full year net income was $193.3 million or $2.73 adjusted diluted earnings per share. World Fuel Services Corporation to Acquire ExxonMobil Fueling Operations at 83 International Airport Locations
February 11, 2016 7:00 AM ESTMIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- World Fuel Services Corporation (NYSE: INT) announced today that a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company has signed a definitive agreement to acquire from certain ExxonMobil affiliates their aviation fueling operations at 83 airports in Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Australia and New Zealand.
