Highlights
Funds From Operations for the fourth quarter were $0.23 per share and $0.89 per share for the year. Same property net operating income on a cash basis increased 8.2% during the fourth quarter and increased 7.3% for the year. Second generation net rent per square foot on a cash basis increased 23.8% during the fourth quarter and increased 19.8% for the year.
