Cognex Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
February 10, 2016 4:06 PM ESTNATICK, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cognex Corporation (NASDAQ: CGNX) announced today that the companys Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share. This dividend is payable on March 18, 2016 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on March 4, 2016.

February 10, 2016 4:06 PM ESTNATICK, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cognex Corporation (NASDAQ: CGNX) today announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2015. In Table 1 below, selected financial data for the quarter and year are compared to the third quarter of 2015, the fourth quarter of 2014 and the year ended December 31, 2014. A reconciliation of certain financial measures from GAAP to non-GAAP is shown in Exhibit 2 of this news release.
