Waste Connections Announces Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend
February 8, 2016 4:06 PM ESTTHE WOODLANDS, Texas, Feb. 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Waste Connections, Inc. (NYSE: WCN) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.145 per share on the Company's common stock.  The dividend will be paid on March 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on the close of business on March 1, 2016. The Board intends to review the quarterly dividend each October, with a long-term objective of increasing the amount of the dividend.

Waste Connections Reports Fourth Quarter Results And Provides 2016 Outlook
February 8, 2016 4:06 PM ESTTHE WOODLANDS, Texas, Feb. 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Waste Connections, Inc.
