WellCare Reports Fourth Quarter And Full-Year 2015 Results
February 9, 2016 6:26 AM ESTTAMPA, Fla., Feb. 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â WellCare Health Plans, Inc. (NYSE: WCG) today reported results for the fourth quarter and full-year 2015. As determined under generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), net income for the fourth quarter of 2015 was $13.0 million, or $0.29 per diluted share. Adjusted net income for the fourth quarter of 2015 was $26.9 million, or $0.60 per diluted share.
WellCare reported GAAP net income for the full-year 2015 of $118.6 million, or $2.67 per diluted share. Adjusted net income for 2015 was $152.7 million, or $3.44 per diluted share.
