Time Warner (TWX) Tops Q4 EPS by 5c; Approves $5B Common Stock Buyback Plan

Time Warner (NYSE: TWX) reported Q4 EPS of $1.06, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $1.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.08 billion versus the consensus estimate of $7.53 billion.
