Waste Connections Reports Fourth Quarter Results And Provides 2016 Outlook
February 8, 2016 4:06 PM ESTTHE WOODLANDS, Texas, Feb. 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Waste Connections, Inc. (NYSE: WCN) today announced its results for the fourth quarter of 2015. Revenue totaled $531.9 million, up from $526.2 million in the year ago period. Operating income was $101.7 million compared to $114.0 million in the fourth quarter of 2014. Adjusted EBITDA* in the fourth quarter was $175.6 million, or 33.0% of revenue, compared to $178.2 million, or 33.9% of revenue, in the prior year period. Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, excludes the impact of items such as acquisition-related costs, as shown in the detailed reconciliation in the attached...
