Outerwall's (OUTR) Cash Flows Make it a Private Candidate - B. Riley
February 5, 2016 9:26 AM ESTB. Riley analyst, Eric Wold sees Outerwall (NASDAQ: OUTR) as a candidate for going private as Free Cash Flows remain strong despite consolidating EBITDA. He reduces his PT to $42.00 vs $58.00 but maintains his Buy rating on the possibility of takeout.
Following reduced guidance in December, Outerwall provided initial 2016 guidance well below expectations as management prepares for accelerating secular declines (and sets a low bar).
