B. Riley analyst, Eric Wold sees Outerwall (NASDAQ: OUTR) as a candidate for going private as Free Cash Flows remain strong despite consolidating EBITDA. He reduces his PT to $42.00 vs $58.00 but maintains his Buy rating on the possibility of takeout.
Following reduced guidance in December, Outerwall provided initial 2016 guidance well below expectations as management prepares for accelerating secular declines (and sets a low bar). Outerwall (NASDAQ: OUTR) reported Q4 EPS of $1.43, $0.79 better than the analyst estimate of $0.64. Revenue for the quarter came in at $527.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $513.19 million.
GUIDANCE:
Outerwall sees FY2016 EPS of $5.00-$6.30, versus the consensus of $7.14.
