Celanese Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.30 Per Share
February 4, 2016 4:15 PM ESTDALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Celanese Corporation (NYSE: CE), a global technology and specialty materials company, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share on its Series A common stock, payable on February 26, 2016.
The dividend is payable for the period beginning November 1, 2015 and ending on and including January 31, 2016 to stockholders of record as of February 16, 2016.
