Aspen Declares Dividends on Ordinary Shares and Perpetual Preference Shares
February 4, 2016 10:27 AM ESTHAMILTON, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (Aspen) (NYSE: AHL) has declared a quarterly cash dividend on Aspens ordinary shares of $0.21 per ordinary share. The dividend is payable on March 8, 2016 to the holders of record as of the close of business on February 19, 2016.
Aspens Board of Directors also declared a dividend on its 7.401% Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preference Shares with a $25 liquidation preference per share (the 7.401% Perpetual Preference Shares) of $0.462563 per 7.401% Perpetual Preference Share.
