(the "Company") (NYSE: BEN) today announced net income(1) of $447.8 million or $0.74 per diluted share for the quarter ended December 31, 2015, as compared to $358.2 million or $0.59 per diluted share for the previous quarter and $566.4 million or $0.91 per diluted share for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.
