FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MEDNAX, Inc. (NYSE: MD), the national medical group specializing in neonatal and other pediatric services, anesthesia, maternal-fetal, radiology, pediatric cardiology and other physician and management services, today reported earnings of $0.99 per diluted share for the three months ended December 31, 2015, an increase of 11 percent over the prior-year period. On a non-GAAP basis, MEDNAX reported Adjusted EPS of $1.13, an increase of 13 percent over the prior-year period.
