Patterson-UTI Energy Reports Financial Results for Three and Twelve Months Ended December 31, 2015
February 4, 2016 6:00 AM ESTHOUSTON, Feb. 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â PATTERSON-UTI ENERGY, INC. (NASDAQ: PTEN) today reported financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2015. Â The Company reported a net loss of $58.7 million, or $0.40 per share, for the fourth quarter of 2015, compared to net income of $57.6 million, or $0.39 per share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2014. Â Revenues for the fourth quarter of 2015 were $339 million, compared to $901 million for the fourth quarter of 2014.
