Northeast Bancorp Reports Second Quarter Results, Declares Dividend
February 1, 2016 6:51 PM ESTLEWISTON, Maine, Feb. 01, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Northeast Bancorp (Northeast or the Company) (NASDAQ: NBN), a Maine-based full-service financial services company and parent of Northeast Bank (the Bank), today reported net income of $1.7 million, or $0.18 per diluted common share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2015, compared to net income of $1.6 million, or $0.16 per diluted common share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2014. Net income for the six months ended December 31, 2015 was $3.6 million, or $0.38 per diluted common share, compared to $3.2 million, or $0.32 per diluted common share, for the six months ended December 31, 2014.
