FS Bancorp, Inc. Reports Record 2015 Results Including $8.9 Million of Net Income or $2.93 Per Diluted Share and Twelfth Consecutive Quarterly Cash Dividend
January 28, 2016 6:00 PM ESTMOUNTLAKE TERRACE, Wash., Jan. 28, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FS Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSBW) (FS Bancorp or the Company), the holding company for 1st Security Bank of Washington (the Bank) today reported 2015 net income of $8.9 million, or $2.93 per diluted share, compared to net income of $4.5 million or $1.52 per diluted share, for the same period last year. Net income for the fourth quarter of 2015 was $2.0 million, or $0.66 per diluted share, compared to $1.5 million, or $0.52 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2014.
