Schwab Declares Regular Quarterly Common Stock Dividend and Preferred Stock Dividend
January 28, 2016 6:35 PM ESTSAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of The Charles Schwab Corporation has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per common share. The dividend is payable February 26, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 12, 2016.
