Westamerica Bancorporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
January 28, 2016 11:55 AM ESTSAN RAFAEL, Calif., Jan. 28, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Westamerica Bancorporation (NASDAQ: WABC) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.39 per share on common stock outstanding to shareholders of record at the close of business February 8, 2016. Â The dividend is payable February 19, 2016.
Chairman, President and CEO David Payne stated, This dividend recognizes Westamericas healthy capital level, stability in asset quality, and relatively high earnings level.
On January 21, 2016, Westamerica reported $14.6 million in net income for the three months ended December 31, 2015, or $0.57 diluted earnings per common share.
