January 28, 2016 10:28 AM ESTPINEVILLE, La., Jan. 28, 2016 - Cleco Corporation (NYSE: CNL) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share on the company's common stock for the Feb. 16, 2016, payment.Â
