West Bancorporation, Inc. Announces Record Net Income, Declares Quarterly Dividend
January 28, 2016 8:31 AM ESTWEST DES MOINES, Iowa, Jan. 28, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- West Bancorporation, Inc. (NASDAQ: WTBA), parent company of West Bank, is pleased to report that fourth quarter 2015 net income was $5.9 million, or $0.37 per diluted common share. This was the highest net income recorded by the Company for the fourth quarter of any year. Fourth quarter 2014 net income was $5.8 million, or $0.36 per diluted common share. On January 27, 2016, the Companys Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.16 per common share.  The dividend is payable on February 24, 2016, to shareholders of record on February 10, 2016.
