Yadkin Financial Corporation Declares Cash Dividend on Common Stock
January 28, 2016 6:30 AM ESTRALEIGH, N.C., Jan. 28, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Yadkin Financial Corporation (NYSE: YDKN), the holding company for Yadkin Bank, announced that its Board of Directors declared on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of its outstanding unrestricted common stock. The dividend will be paid on or after February 18, 2016 to shareholders of record as of February 11, 2016.
