California Water Service Group Board of Directors Declares 284th Consecutive Quarterly Dividend and 49th Consecutive Annual Dividend Increase
January 27, 2016 5:30 PM ESTSAN JOSE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/27/16 -- At its meeting today, the California Water Service Group (NYSE: CWT) Board of Directors declared the company's 284th consecutive quarterly dividend, increasing the annual dividend from $0.67 to $0.69. This represents the company's 49th consecutive annual dividend increase. The quarterly dividend of $0.1725 per common share will be payable on February 19, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 8, 2016.
