January 27, 2016 4:31 PM ESTLAKE SUCCESS, N.Y., Jan. 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â Astoria Financial Corporation (NYSE: AF) ("Astoria", or the "Company"), the holding company for Astoria Bank (the "Bank") today reported net income available to common shareholders of $16.2 million, or $0.16 diluted earnings per common share ("diluted EPS"), for the quarter ended December 31, 2015, compared to $21.1 million, or $0.21 diluted EPS, for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.
