Juniper Networks Reports Preliminary Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2015 Financial Results

SUNNYVALE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/27/16 -- Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR), the industry leader in network innovation, today reported preliminary financial results for the three months and twelve months ended Dec. 31, 2015 and provided its outlook for the three months ending March 31, 2016.

Q4 2015 Results:

Net revenues for the fourth quarter of 2015 were $1,319.6 million, an increase of 20% year-over-year and 6% sequentially.

Juniper's operating margin for the fourth quarter of 2015 increased to 21.2% on a GAAP basis, from 20.7% in the third quarter of 2015, and increased from (63.7%) in the fourth quarter of 2014. Excluding... More
