JP Energy Partners Announces Fourth Quarter 2015 Distribution
January 26, 2016 5:00 PM ESTIRVING, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- JP Energy Partners LP (JPE) (NYSE: JPEP) announced today that the Board of Directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution for the fourth quarter of 2015 of $0.3250 per unit. This distribution corresponds to the minimum quarterly distribution of $0.3250 per unit, or $1.30 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be paid on February 12, 2016 to all unitholders of record on February 5, 2016.
