Summit State Bank Reports a 10% Increase in Net Income for 2015 and Declaration of Dividend
January 26, 2016 9:01 AM ESTSANTA ROSA, Calif., Jan. 26, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Summit State Bank (Nasdaq: SSBI) today reported net income for the year ended December 31, 2015 of $6,030,000, a 10% increase over 2014. Basic earnings per share increased to $1.24 in 2015 from $1.12 in 2014. A quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share was declared for common shareholders.

The Board of Directors declared a $0.12 per share quarterly dividend to be paid on February 24, 2016 to shareholders of record on February 18, 2016.
